Torq lets you personalize your workspace experience directly from your user menu.
How to use
Access your personal settings
Open the menu: Click your username at the bottom of the navigation bar.
Edit your user profile
Open profile settings: Click Edit.
Update your details: Edit your first name or last name.
Update your community name: Edit your Torq community username, the name that represents you in the Torq community, separate from your real name. Must be 2–50 characters and may include hyphens, spaces, numbers, and special characters.
Replace your avatar: Upload an image of your choice to replace the default Torq- or SSO-provided avatar (image files only, max 1 MB).
Create API keys
Generate a key: Click API key to generate a Torq API key for executing workflow steps on your behalf or making Torq API calls from external services.
Set Knowledge Hub visibility
Toggle visibility: Choose whether to show or hide the Knowledge Hub widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Customize the display theme
Select a theme: Choose between:
Light mode
Dark mode
System (syncs with your OS or browser default)
Torq mode (transforms your daily operations into an iconic experience by bringing our brand’s DNA into the platform for a more enjoyable and engaging way to work)
Log out
Log out: Click Sign out to end your current session.
Timestamps in your Torq session are automatically derived from your browser's timezone settings.
