Regional Availability: Deployment and Data Residency Options

Explore how Torq maintains regional availability and supports organizations with data residency requirements.

How Torq handles availability within a region

Torq is deployed across multiple availability zones within each supported region. Customer workloads are distributed across compute nodes in all zones. Data is synchronized across zones using an active-active model.

This provides high availability within a region by default. No customer configuration is required.

💡 Refer to Torq's BC/DR documentation in the Security Trust Center.

Supported regions

Torq operates in three regions:

  • United States (US)

  • European Union (EU)

  • Japan (JP)

Your Torq workspace is provisioned in one of these regions. Organizations with data residency requirements should contact their Torq representative to ensure their workspace is provisioned in the correct region.
