New Relic

Learn how to integrate New Relic with Torq to trigger workflows via New Relic events.

Updated over a week ago

The integration enables you to trigger workflows with New Relic events.

Create a New Relic Trigger Integration in Torq

  1. Go to Build > Integrations > Triggers > New Relic, and click Add.

  2. Enter a meaningful name for the integration and click Add.

  3. Copy the generated Webhook URL. You'll need this URL to set up a webhook in your New Relic tenant.

Define a Webhook to Trigger Torq Workflows

When you set up a webhook in New Relic, you'll define several parameters. We'll cover the required parameters here, but you can check out the New Relic documentation for the full list.

  • Channel name: a meaningful name for the webhook (maximum 64 characters).

  • Base URL: the Torq Webhook URL generated when you created the integration in Torq.

In addition, you can customize the payload fields.
