Exporting a workflow as a PDF allows you to share and document workflows outside of Torq. This is useful for presenting workflows to stakeholders who donât have access to the platform or for maintaining external documentation.
When exporting, the system opens a print dialog where you must configure settings to ensure the workflow is displayed correctly.
How to use
Export a workflow as PDF
Open workflow: Select the workflow you want to export.
Export as PDF: Click the three-dot (...) menu and select Export as PDF.
Configure print settings: In the Print dialog, adjust the required print parameters. (Optional) Enable Background graphics to preserve workflow colors.
If Background graphics is not enabled, the workflow will be exported in grayscale.Save file: Click Save and choose a location to download the PDF.
