Exporting Torq Workflows to PDF

Learn to export a workflow to PDF with correct settings to ensure background images are included, not just grayscale.

Updated over a week ago

Exporting a workflow to PDF allows you to present the flow to those without access to Torq and easily document and save the workflow outside Torq's platform. When you export a workflow to PDF, you'll be prompted by the system's Print dialog. Make sure to apply the necessary settings before saving the PDF.

  1. Select Your Workflow: Open the workflow that you want to export.

  2. Initiate Export Process: Open the workflow options menu and select Export as PDF.

  3. Adjust Print Settings: In the Print dialog, select the Background images check box.

    1. If you don't select the Background images check box, the workflow will save as PDF in grayscale.

  4. Finalize: Click Save and select the appropriate save location.

Export a workflow as a PDF and apply settings in the print dialog.
