Exporting a workflow to PDF allows you to present the flow to those without access to Torq and easily document and save the workflow outside Torq's platform. When you export a workflow to PDF, you'll be prompted by the system's Print dialog. Make sure to apply the necessary settings before saving the PDF.
Select Your Workflow: Open the workflow that you want to export.
Initiate Export Process: Open the workflow options menu and select Export as PDF.
Adjust Print Settings: In the Print dialog, select the Background images check box.
If you don't select the Background images check box, the workflow will save as PDF in grayscale.
Finalize: Click Save and select the appropriate save location.
