With cross-workspace sharing, you can easily share resources like integrations and workflows between different workspaces in your Torq organization while keeping your data secure. This makes things more efficient, helps teams work better together, and cuts down on upkeep. These are the resources you can share with other workspaces:
The sharing workspace is the source workspace, and the workspace the resource is shared with is the destination workspace.
Important to Know
You can only share resources between workspaces in the same organization.
Destination workspaces can see and use shared resources, but only the source workspace can change them.
To share resources with other workspaces, the user must have a role that includes the resource.share scope. The share request will be accepted automatically if the user sharing the resource is also an Owner in the destination workspace.

Automate sharing in your workflows with these steps:
Create Share Request
Accept Share Request
Deny Share Request
List Share Requests
Remove <resource type> Sharing (e.g., Remove Workflow Sharing)
Use the Share request created system event to trigger a workflow upon a request to share a resource with your workspace.
