Workflow Template: Sync Torq to Jira via webhook

This workflow monitors a Jira issue board and keeps your cases in Torq synchronized with changes in Jira.

Updated this week

The "Sync Torq to Jira via webhook" workflow template streamlines application security operations and case management by automating the synchronization between Jira issues and Torq cases. When a Jira issue changes, a webhook triggers the workflow to check for a corresponding Torq case. If none exists, and the user opts in, a new case is created with detailed Jira information. Existing cases are updated with any changes in the Jira issue, ensuring seamless integration and up-to-date case management.
