Learn how to obtain a Britive API token and integrate it with Torq to automate cloud identity management workflows.

Britive is a platform for automating cloud identity management across applications.

Get your Britive API token

You'll need the token when you create a Britive integration in Torq. This will enable you to interact with the Britive API directly from workflows.

  1. Go to your Britive portal: <company-name>.britive-app.com

  2. Click the correct profile.

  3. Click Admin.

  4. Click the Security card.

  5. Click the Create token button.

    1. Enter a meaningful name for the token, such as Torq.

    2. Select how long the token will be valid.

    3. Click Create token.

  6. Click Copy to copy the token. It's important to save this immediately; you won't see it again.

  7. Click OK.

Create a Britive Steps Integration in Torq

Perform these steps in Torq.

  1. Go to the Build > Integrations > Steps > Britive and click Add.

  2. Enter a meaningful name for the integration.

  3. Enter the URL of your Britive instance, including https, for example, https://.britive-app.com.

  4. Enter the Britive API token that you created earlier.

  5. Click Add.
