Track workflow execution

The status of a workflow triggered from the case is dynamically updated within the case timeline:

  • Each execution status entry in the timeline details the workflow’s name, which can be clicked to access the execution run log.

  • Timeline comments added by the workflow also include direct links to the execution run log.
