Track key metrics and gain visibility into your organization’s workspaces in Torq from the Organization Management page.
Users with the Organization Manager role can access this page, which provides comprehensive organization-level administrative visibility and control over org-managed objects. From here, they can view the full list of workspaces, identify workspace owners, and monitor key metrics related to the Torq license. These insights support better governance, improve transparency, and help optimize how your organization uses Torq.
In addition, users with the Organization Viewer role have access to the same page and information, but with read-only permissions.
To maintain data segregation, the Organization Manager can access high-level information about all the organization's workspaces without required membership in each workspace.
The Organization Management page displays key metrics related to your Torq license. For more details about your license, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Access the Organization Management page
Contact Torq support to set up an Organization Management page for your organization.
Access the Organization Management page: Click the workspace name at the top of the left sidebar to expand the switcher, then select Organization Management.
Only users with the Organization Manager role can see the Organization Management option in their workspaces list.
Organizational metrics can be viewed on the Monitor > Workspaces page.
Org-managed objects can be found on Manage pages, such as Cases Dashboards and Roles.
Invite additional Organization Managers or Viewers: The Organization Manager can invite additional users either directly or via SSO using appropriate claims mapping. Each claim should be mapped to the relevant role in Torq.
Email-based mapping: Use
emailas the claim name and the user’s email address as the value.Group-based mapping: Use
groupsas the claim name and the group name from the IdP as the value.
Understand the metrics
All the organization's workspaces are listed, with each entry including the following details:
Metrics:
Workspace plan: The workspace's current pricing plan.
Workflows: The number of billable workflows in the workspace includes all published workflows, excluding:
Workflows classified as nested only (billed separately under the Nested Workflows bucket)
Workflows triggered by Torq Cases trigger scenarios
Workflows triggered by System Events
Workflows triggered by Torq Interact
Workflows implementing Socrates tools
Nested workflows: The number of published workflows classified as nested only.
Workflow editors: The number of users with the necessary privileges to edit workflows, including those assigned the Creator, Contributor, or Owner roles.
Case operators: The number of users with the privileges required to manage and perform actions on cases, including those assigned the Cases Analyst or Owner roles. This metric is only applicable to workspaces with case management enabled.
Runners: The number of self-hosted step runners in the workspace.
AI Management: The number of AI Credits consumed out of the total allocated quota, covering AI Tasks, AI Agents, and Socrates activity from a single shared pool. Socrates activity counts toward this pool no matter how it's used - see Socrates: Transform Case Investigations for the different ways Socrates can be engaged. A list of users who have the Owner role in the workspace.
