What improvements does the new infrastructure offer?

We’ve significantly enhanced the infrastructure for the Cases page UI to boost performance and user efficiency. Our upgraded interface provides faster load and response times, along with improved browser memory usage, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

How can I start using the new infrastructure?

To start using the upgraded infrastructure for the Cases page UI, go to Investigate > Cases in the navigation bar.

Both the old and new Cases views are accessible under Investigate > Cases and Cases [Legacy].

To ensure uninterrupted work, both views will be available during the transition period. Enjoy the enhanced features of the new infrastructure, but if needed, you can easily switch back to the older version at any time.

Are there any changes to functionality on the new Cases page?

No, all functionalities remain the same. Everything you could do in the older version can still be done in the new version exactly as before. You’ll find all your familiar features right where you expect them, maintaining your productivity without any disruption.

Will all my cases be accessible on the new Cases page?

Absolutely. All your cases and their related data will remain completely intact. This update is purely a UI infrastructure change, so rest assured that no data will be affected.
