Add an Interact-triggered workflow portal to the Interaction page to enable on-demand execution of published workflows and efficient cross-organizational operations from a single interface.
How to use
Open Interaction: Navigate to your Interaction Flow.
Add link element: Drag and drop the Link element into the Interaction.
Define destination: Under Link to, choose a workflow from the dropdown list or paste an external URL to direct users to the desired resource.
Set display text: Enter the button copy under Display text.
(Optional) Add description: Provide additional context for the end user.
Add more actions: Insert additional Link elements to provide multiple workflow options.
Enhance layout: Use markdown dividers to improve the look and feel of the portal.
Enable display-only mode: Remove the main button from the last Interaction to keep the page available as a multi-action portal.
Note timeout behavior: The display-only Interaction timeout is 30 days, overriding the Flow’s general timeout settings.
Understand link behavior: All linked elements open in a new tab when clicked.
