Create a workflow that delivers an interface for users to access and execute published Interact-related workflows. Allow for operational efficiency and cross-organizational interfaces to perform actions and receive data.
Follow these steps to create a workflow triggered by a Torq Interaction.
In the Interaction, drag and drop the Link element.
Now, under Link to, select from the dropdown list the workflow you want to allow the user to run.
Under Display text, enter the copy for the end user to see as the button action.
If you wish, you can add a description.
You can add as many Link elements as needed to the Interaction portal to give the end-user more workflow options.
You may add an external link instead of the Interact workflow URL by pasting the desired URL into the Link to field.
Add as many link elements as you wish, and add dividers using the markdown to enhance the look and feel of the interaction.
The button should be removed from the Interaction so the page remains available until the user session ends as a display only Interaction. This allows the user to perform multiple actions from this portal page.
Linked elements will all open in new tabs when clicked.
