Updated in the last hour

Cases Dashboards empower you to create a fully tailored data analysis experience, offering maximum flexibility for in-depth exploration. Gain real-time visibility into investigation statuses, performance metrics, and key security insights to make informed decisions based on actionable data.

You can build dashboards designed to meet the unique needs of stakeholders, including executives, SOC managers, analysts, and security service providers. You can then analyze your data directly in Torq for enhanced efficiency and reliability, ensuring it is always relevant, accurate, and practical.

Currently, Cases Dashboards are designed specifically for Torq's HyperSOC, with ongoing enhancements and plans to expand this capability across other areas of the product.

How to use

Go to Monitor > Cases Dashboards to begin building custom dashboards tailored to your organization’s needs. Cases Dashboards give you the flexibility to start fresh or use a template as a foundation.

Customize dashboards:

  • Add widgets: Build the exact queries you need by selecting case properties, custom fields, custom SLAs, and more, enabling you to generate visualizations with just a few clicks.

    • Specify measures and dimensions: Choose the dataset for each widget, applying filters to focus on the cases you’re interested in. Define one or two dimensions to visualize key case criteria.

    • Set a time range: For timely insights, each widget can be selected to focus on cases created, closed, or active within a specified time period.

    • Choose a chart type: To enhance data clarity and impact, select the best visualization style for each widget.

    • Preview in real time: Throughout the widget creation process, use the preview to ensure the widget meets your expectations. Make adjustments as needed until it’s just right.

  • Customize the layout: After creating your widgets, adjust their sizes and positions on your dashboard to create a layout that is clear, engaging, and insightful.

  • Save to make available: Once you’re satisfied with the dashboard, save it for easy access. Other users can view it to gain insights and make informed decisions.
