The Loading Screen operator sends end-users customized messages to keep them informed about the behind-the-scenes progress during waiting periods between Interactions. This ensures they know the Interaction Flow is processing behind the scenes and that they should wait for the next steps.
To add the Loading Screen:
Click the arrow on the Interact operator.
Drag the Loading Screen operator onto the canvas, between the Interactions where you'd like the user to be updated.
Select the relevant Interaction Flow.
The Loading Screen will appear after the Interaction above it and remain until the next Interaction or Loading Screen associated with the same Interaction Flow is executed.
Customize the Loading Screen message using markdown to add text, images, or GIFs.
You can add multiple Loading Screen operators, one after the other, for continuous updates.
