Use the Loading Screen operator to keep end users informed during waiting periods between Interactions. This helps show that the workflow is progressing and prevents confusion while a background process completes.
How to use
Add the Loading Screen operator: Drag the Loading Screen operator onto the canvas, placing it between Interactions where you want users to see real-time progress updates.
Select the Interaction Flow: In the Loading Screen settings, choose the relevant Interaction Flow the updates should apply to.
Customize the message: You can customize the Loading Screen text using Markdown, including text, images, or GIFs.
(Optional) Add multiple Loading Screens: Drag additional Loading Screen operators between other Interactions to provide continuous updates at multiple points.
