In the Organizational Management space, Cases Dashboards allow you to create and manage dashboards at the organizational level and make them available as org-managed objects across all or selected workspaces. Each workspace securely renders its dashboard using its own local data, ensuring complete data isolation.
Org-managed dashboards enable you to scale reporting and reduce operational overhead via a single source of control. When an organizational admin modifies an org-managed dashboard, the changes are automatically propagated to all the relevant destination workspaces.
How to use
The Organization Manager role is required to access org-level dashboards.
Set organizational availability
Navigate to dashboards: Go to Organization Management > Manage > Cases Dashboards.
Open availability settings: Open the relevant dashboard, then go to Settings > Organizational availability.
Select an access level:
Private: Only the dashboard creator and Organization Managers can see the dashboard. Default.
Selected workspaces: Only a defined subset of workspaces can see the dashboard.
Org-wide: All workspaces in the organization can see the dashboard.
Once set, the dashboard appears in the selected workspace(s) with a globe icon indicating it is managed by the organization. Workspace users have read-only access and see data scoped to their own workspace.
Users with the required dashboard scopes can duplicate the organization-managed dashboard in the destination workspace and edit their copy.
