In the Organizational Management space, Cases Dashboards allow you to create and manage dashboards at the organizational level and make them available as org-managed objects across all or selected workspaces. Each workspace securely renders its dashboard using its own local data, ensuring complete data isolation.
Org-managed dashboards enable you to scale reporting and reduce operational overhead via a single source of control. When an organizational admin modifies an org-managed dashboard, the changes are automatically propagated to all the relevant destination workspaces.
How to use
To create and manage org-level dashboards, you need the Organization Manager role to access the organizational view.
Navigate to Organization Management > Manage > Cases Dashboards to begin building and managing custom dashboards tailored to your organizationâs needs.
Set organizational availability
In the Organization Management space, open the relevant dashboard and go to Settings > Organizational availability to select who can access it.
Private: Only the dashboard creator and Organization Managers can see the dashboard (default option).
Selected workspaces: Only a selected subset of workspaces can see the dashboard.
Org-wide: All workspaces in the organization can see the dashboard.
Once made available, the dashboard will appear in the destination workspace(s) with a globe icon indicating it is managed by the organization. Workspace users will have read-only access to see the dashboard with their own workspace data.
Users in the destination workspace can duplicate the org-managed dashboard and edit the copy provided they have the relevant dashboard scopes.
