For support with the Torq app, you can:
Open a ticket through the Knowledge Hub widget > Home > My support requests

When working with a Torq customer service representative, field team member, or support specialist, you may need to grant them temporary access to your workspace. You can easily invite them from the Settings tab.
You can monitor Torq support from the activity log, audit logs, and workflow version history. They will appear as Torq support.
Invite Torq support
Go to the Settings page of the workspace in which you need some support help.
Click Invite Torq support.
Select the time you would like Torq support to access the workspace, from 1 day to indefinite.
Click Invite.
Torq support will be notified that they now have access.
Check if Torq support is enabled
Go to the Settings page of the workspace you are checking.
Hover over the icon to see the level and the remaining length of time Torq support is enabled.
Remove Torq support's access
Go to the Settings page of the workspace that has Torq support enabled.
Click the Torq support button.
Click Remove.
