Grant Temporary Workspace Access to Torq Support

Provide Torq Support with temporary access to your workspace to assist with any issues.

You can get support with the Torq platform by:

  • Opening a ticket by clicking the Knowledge Hub widget and then My support requests on the homepage.

  • Emailing support@torq.io.

When working with a Torq customer service representative, field team member, or support specialist, you may need to grant them temporary access to your workspace. You can easily invite them from the Settings page, and then monitor them from the Activity Log page, Audit Logs page, or via a workflow's version history. They will appear as Torq support.

Grant access to Torq Support

  1. Go to the Users tab: In the relevant workspace, open the Settings page and select the Users tab.

  2. Invite Torq support: Click Invite Torq support.

    1. Select the relevant permissions you would like to grant and the amount of time they will be in effect.

    2. Click Invite. Torq Support will be notified that they have access.

Check Torq Support access

  1. Go to the Users tab: In the relevant workspace, open the Settings page and select the Users tab.

  2. Display the information: Hover over the Torq Support button to see the permissions granted and the remaining access time for Torq Support.

Revoke Torq Support access

  1. Go to the Users tab: In the relevant workspace, open the Settings page and select the Users tab.

  2. Revoke access: Click the Torq Support button and then Remove.
