Torq's All Workspaces View: Manage Cases Across Multiple Workspaces

Learn how to handle cases across multiple workspaces without needing constant workspace switching.

Updated this week

If you're a member of multiple workspaces with case management, the All Workspaces view allows you to manage all your cases in one place without switching between workspaces.

This unified view lets you see and handle all your cases together, with full functionality as if you were in the original workspace. Any changes made in the All Workspaces view are reflected in the original workspace, and vice versa.

Here's how to do it:

1. Open the Cases page in any of your workspaces.

2. At the top, switch to All workspaces.

Note:

  • When adding a new case from the All workspaces view, you must choose which workspace it will go into.

  • The name of the case source workspace, where the case was created, is added to the case. You can use the Workspace filter to display cases from specific workspaces.

Important:

  • A case and all its details, like observables, workflow executions, and more, exist only in its original workspace.

  • You can only run workflows that belong to a case's original workspace.

  • The All workspaces view presents states from all workspaces, consolidating those with the same ID.

  • If you can't find the option to switch to All workspaces and want to turn it on, contact Torq support. Remember, you can only see and work on cases from workspaces you're a part of, and what you can do depends on your role in each workspace.
