Learn how to view and analyze events attached to Torq cases.

To ensure a thorough understanding of a case, verify if any events have been attached that could provide essential context.

If a case is created by a workflow triggered by an integration event, the initiating event is automatically attached to the case and displayed at the bottom of the event list.

Accessing Attached Events

The events attached to a case are visible in the case Events tab.

  1. Navigate to the Cases page.

  2. Select and expand the desired case.

  3. Click on the Events tab to view the attached events.

Events are listed chronologically, with the most recent additions at the top, allowing you to easily track new developments as they are recorded.
