Veeam ONE

Integrate Veeam ONE with Torq to run Veeam ONE actions as part of a Torq workflow .

Updated yesterday

Veeam ONE is a monitoring, reporting, and analytics tool that works alongside Veeam Backup & Replication.

Torq enables quick and easy integration with Veeam ONE, so you can automate anything and everything within moments. Torq's public Veeam ONE steps include:

  • Generate Access Token

  • List Triggered Alarms

  • List All Alarms

If you don't see a step you need, you can create your own in various ways, such as using the Send an HTTP Request step or Torq’s Step Builder, and share it across your organization.

Step One: Create a Veeam ONE Steps Integration in Torq

  1. Navigate to Integration: Go to Build > Integrations > Steps > Veeam ONE and click Add.

  2. Fill in the Details:

    1. Give the integration a unique and meaningful name.

    2. Fill in your product IP address and port number. The default port number is 1239.

    3. Fill in the Username and Password for the Veeam ONE account you want to use. It is best practice to create a dedicated user for the integration.

    4. Enter the API version.

  3. Finalize: Click Save.

Step Two: Use Veeam ONE Steps in a Workflow

  1. Add Access Token Step: Veeam requires an access token.

  2. Add Step: Before using Veeam ONE steps in a workflow, you must add the Veeam ONE Generate access token step to your canvas.

  3. Automate Token Creation: This generates an access token, which will then be used as an input parameter for subsequent Veeam ONE steps within that workflow.

    1. A new access token is created per workflow execution.
