At this stage, we recommend avoiding potentially malicious files as attachments, as other users may accidentally download and open them.

When an image is included in a timeline comment, it's automatically saved as an attachment.
Access an Attachment
Once an attachment has been added to a case, you can download the file from the Cases portal:
