Add attachments to cases to provide additional information or context, such as screenshots, source code, etc.
At this stage, we recommend avoiding potentially malicious files as attachments, as other users may accidentally download and open them.
Add an Attachment
Upload files from your computer:
Go to the Attachments tab in the case and click Upload Files [OR]
From the case timeline:
When an image is included in a timeline comment, it's automatically saved as an attachment.
Access an Attachment
Download the file from the Cases portal:
